The development of the number vehicles exceeding capacity highways in urban areas causes frequent traffic jams and increases risk accidents. This often happens during year-end holidays Eid holidays. So it is very necessary to monitor density annual holiday period reduce fatalities due Monitoring using helicopters expensive because high fuel consumption maintenance. we need a new alternative, namely Unmanned Aircraft (PUNA) easy operate cheap maintain. design PUNA for monitoring missions. this purpose are classified as small payload, camera, only weighs 2 kg. Study obtained following results: fuselas/body length 1.94 m, wingspan 1.46 airfoil NACA 2412. engine OS MAX-40FX, located nose, take-off Gross Weight 6.11 kg, material weight 321.09 grams, use an Oblique Camera type camera position 3 ft from nose.
